Owner Ed Zink is a Durango native and a major contributor to the southwest Colorado cycling scene, with over 43 years spent at the heart of Durango's cycling community. He has coordinated dozens of races, including the World Championships in 1990, the annual Iron Horse Bicycle Classic (now in its 41st year,) and several NORBA Nationals. John Glover hass been the manager of Mountain Bike Specialists for over 30 years. He knows bikes, equipment and can you totally set up.

Durango is truly a unique town, and nothing adds to its character better than the colorful cyclists that call Durango home. Lucky for MBS, we get to rub shoulders with many cycling celebrities that make the industry so much fun, including Bob Roll (a long time road racer turned-commentator,) World Champion Ned Overend, and Olympians Travis Brown, Ruthie Mathes and Todd Wells.
