Dynamic 3D Motion Capture Bike Fit Bicycling is a dynamic sport, involving multiple muscles that are firing in unison to propel the rider and the bike forward. A good position on your bike is essential for comfort, aerobic and aerodynamic performance, and injury prevention. At MBS, bicycle positioning is individualized based on your own flexibility, strength, experience and skeletal characteristics. The goal of the bike fit is to arrive at a more comfortable, efficient, aerodynamic and powerful position on your bike. We use a technologically advanced system of computers and cameras - the Dynamic 3-D Motion Capture system - to identify your own unique body positioning. This is where we "...fit the bike to the customer, not the customer to the bike."
